When a safe-deposit box or other receptacle for the safekeeping of personalĀ property is rented to a person acting as sole executor, administrator,Ā guardian, trustee or receiver, access to the safe-deposit box or otherĀ receptacle may be allowed by any agent authorized in a writing signed by theĀ person so acting.
