48:10-4.Ā Supervision and regulation
The board shall have general supervision and regulation of, and jurisdictionĀ and control over natural gas pipeline utilities as herein defined and theirĀ property, equipment, and facilities so far as may be necessary for theĀ protection of life, health, and property of the citizens of this State.
