48:12-73.  Agreements with railroad companies to perform the work    The State Highway Department may enter into an agreement or agreements with  the company or companies owning or operating such railroad or railroads for the  performance by such company or companies of any work under sections 48:12-68 to  48:12-78 of this Title.
