48:13-13.Ā Time of commencement and completion of sewerage system
Every sewerage company organized under the laws of this State shall commenceĀ the construction of the proposed system of sewerage within 6 months from theĀ date of its organization, and shall complete the same within 3 years from theĀ date of commencement.Ā The conditions annexed to the consent of the corporateĀ authorities may designate a shorter period for the completion of such works.
