48:2-24.1.Ā Ratification of unauthorized discontinuance
Any discontinuance, curtailment, abandonment or change in passenger serviceĀ heretofore authorized by the State Highway Commissioner without approval of theĀ Board of Public Utility Commissioners which would have been authorized underĀ the provisions of section 1 of this act is hereby ratified and confirmed andĀ from the effective date of this act shall be subject to the provisions of thisĀ act.
