48:2-32.7.Ā Final decision or order
The board shall adopt a final decision or order with respect to an application under section 2 of this act at a public meeting, in accordance withĀ subsection (d) of section 10 of theĀ "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968,Ā c. 410 (C. 52:14B-10(d)).Ā Each member of the board shall individually stateĀ the reason or reasons for his decision on the application either at the publicĀ meeting or in a written document, which document shall be available to theĀ public on request.
