48:2-63.Ā Objections to statement;Ā hearing
Within 15 days after the date of mailing a statement as provided in this act, the public utility or public mover against which the statement is renderedĀ may file with the board its objections thereto.Ā Not less than 30 nor more thanĀ 60 days after giving notice thereof to the objector, the board shall hold aĀ hearing on the objections.
