48:3-18.Ā Agreements
Any person municipal or otherwise, may enter into a written agreement with any other such person owning or using any poles erected under municipal consentĀ in any street, highway or other public place for the use by the former personĀ of the poles upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by theĀ persons.
