48:4-45.Ā Certain autobusses excepted
The provisions of this article shall not apply to autobusses with a carryingĀ capacity of not more than 10 passengers now or hereafter operated underĀ municipal consent upon a route established wholly within the limits of a singleĀ municipality, which route does not in whole or in part parallel upon the sameĀ street the line of any street railway or traction railway or any other autobusĀ route, nor to any autobus solely engaged in transportation of school children,Ā jurisdiction over which is now vested in any board or body other than the BoardĀ of Public Utility Commissioners.
