48:7-14.Ā Approval of electrical inspection authorities by board of public utility commissioners
The Board of Public Utility Commissioners of the Department of Public Utilities shall approve all electrical inspection authorities for inspection ofĀ electrical construction work by an electrical contractor licensed under theĀ provisions of P.L.1962, c. 162.Ā The Board of Public Utility Commissioners isĀ authorized to promulgate all rules and regulations necessary to effectuate theĀ purposes of this act.
