49:5-11 - Promulgation of regulations
49:5-11.Ā Promulgation of regulations a.Ā This act shall be administered by the Chief of the Bureau of SecuritiesĀ in the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety,Ā who may promulgate regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act,Ā including regulations defining fraudulent, deceptive and manipulative acts andĀ practices and other terms used herein.
b.Ā The bureau chief shall set a filing fee for a disclosure statement filedĀ by an offeror and the same amount for a request for hearing filed by a targetĀ company.Ā Such fees may be set so as to raise sufficient revenue for fundingĀ the purposes of this act.
