5:12-14a. "Complimentary service or item"
"Complimentary service or item" --A service or item provided at no cost orĀ at a reduced price.Ā The furnishing of a complimentary service or item by aĀ casino licensee shall be deemed to constitute the indirect payment for the service or item by the casino licensee, and shall be valued in an amount based upon the retail price normally charged by the casino licensee for the service or item.Ā The value of a complimentary service or item not normally offered forĀ sale by a casino licensee or provided by a third party on behalf of a casinoĀ licensee shall be the cost to the casino licensee of providing the service orĀ item, as determined in accordance with the rules of the commission.
