5:3-9.Ā  Misdemeanor;Ā  penalty Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall beĀ  guilty of a misdemeanor, and for each offense, shall be punishable by a fine ofĀ  not more than one hundred dollars.Ā  The fine shall be paid into the treasury ofĀ  the firemen's relief fund of the municipality in which the violation occurs, orĀ  into the general treasury of such municipality, should there be no firemen'sĀ  relief fund therein.
