No owner, proprietor or lessee of any hall, place of amusement, auditorium,Ā tent or room used for the entertainment of the public, for public gatherings orĀ public meetings, shall permit the holding of any entertainment, publicĀ gathering or public meeting, unless the flag of the United States shall beĀ publicly displayed in such hall, place of amusement, auditorium, tent or room.
