5:4-2.Ā Display of flag on streets, highways, etc.
No person or persons directly or indirectly in charge of any entertainment,Ā public gathering or public meeting, on any public street or highway or lot orĀ tract of land, in any municipality shall proceed with the holding of any suchĀ entertainment, public gathering or public meeting unless the flag of the UnitedĀ States, reasonably clean and in good repair, shall be publicly displayed atĀ such entertainment, gathering or meeting.
