5:5-58.Ā Depositions of witnesses
The commission, or any member thereof, or any applicant, may in connection with any hearing before the commission cause the deposition of witnesses withinĀ or without the State to be taken on oral or written interrogatories in theĀ manner prescribed by statute for depositions in suits at law in the courts ofĀ record in this State.
