5:5-95.Ā Acquisition of Garden State Racetrack by Sports and Exposition Authority;Ā suspension
Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1978, c. 1 (C. 5:10-27 et seq.) to theĀ contrary, the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority shall not acquire theĀ Garden State Racetrack during the period of one year following the effectiveĀ date of this act.
