5:7-16.Ā Employees
The department is authorized and directed, insofar as possible, to utilize the services of employees of the several divisions of the department to performĀ the functions and duties charged to it under this act and to appoint andĀ remove, subject to the provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, suchĀ additional personnel necessary to assist it in the performance of the dutiesĀ imposed by this act.
