5:8-1.1.Ā Method of transfer of commission to department of law and public safety The transfer of the commission to the Department of Law and Public Safety asĀ provided by this act shall be effected pursuant to theĀ "State Agency TransferĀ Act,"Ā P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.).
