5:8-2.Ā Terms of office
The first members of the commission shall be appointed, 1 for 1 year, 1 forĀ 2 years, 1 for 3 years, 1 for 4 years and 1 for 5 years, and their successorsĀ shall be appointed for terms of 5 years, and the members may hold over andĀ serve on the commission after the termination of their respective terms, untilĀ their respective successors are appointed and shall qualify.
