5:8-81.Ā Investigation of administration of Amusement Games Licensing Law inĀ municipalities
The commissioner shall conduct investigations of the administration of saidĀ law in such of the municipalities of this State as he shall deem desirable andĀ as shall serve to furnish a cross section of all of the municipalitiesĀ operating under said law in this State and shall receive and investigateĀ complaints as to violations and evasions of said law in any municipality orĀ municipalities.
