5:8-84.Ā Hearing appeals
The commissioner shall hear appeals from the determinations and action of the municipal governing bodies in connection with the refusal to issue licensesĀ and the suspension and revocation of licenses in the manner prescribed by saidĀ law and the action and determination of the commissioner upon any such appealĀ shall be binding upon the municipal governing body and all parties thereto.
