5:8-99.Ā Effective dates;Ā operative upon enactment by legislature and approval by voters of Amusement Games Licensing Law
This act shall take effect immediately but shall be inoperative unless and until anĀ "Amusement Games Licensing Law"Ā is enacted by the Legislature and isĀ approved by a majority of the legally qualified voters of the State voting onĀ the question of such approval at a general election.
