5:9-21.Ā State lottery fund;Ā creation
There is hereby created and established in the Department of the Treasury aĀ separate fund, to be known as theĀ "State Lottery Fund,"Ā to be deposited inĀ such depositories as the State Treasurer may select.Ā Such fund shall consistĀ of all revenues received from the sale of lottery tickets or shares, and allĀ other moneys credited or transferred thereto from any other fund or sourceĀ pursuant to law.
