51:1-72. Annual reportĀ
51:1-72.Ā The State superintendent shall within 30 days after the last day of the State fiscal year make a report to the Legislature which shall contain any recommendations or suggestions deemed necessary or desirable and a digest of the reports of the municipal and county superintendents.Ā
