51:10-11.Ā Rules, regulations, specifications and tolerances
The superintendent of the division of weights and measures of the DepartmentĀ of Law and Public Safety is authorized after a public hearing duly called andĀ held to establish and promulgate such rules, regulations, specifications andĀ tolerances to supplement and give full effect to the provisions of this act asĀ he may deem necessary.Ā Such rules, regulations, specifications and tolerancesĀ promulgated shall have the force and effect of the law.
