51:11-28.Ā Partial invalidity
If any section of this act or any provision thereof, shall be declared to beĀ unconstitutional, invalid or inoperative such section or provision shall to theĀ extent it is not unconstitutional, invalid or inoperative, be enforced andĀ effectuated, and no such determination shall be deemed to invalidate or makeĀ ineffectual the remaining provisions or sections of this act.
