51:11-9.Ā  Fee Every person required to be licensed according to the provisions of this actĀ  shall for such license pay a fee of $50.00 per annum which fee shall be paid toĀ  the superintendent and by him turned over to the State Treasurer. The said feeĀ  shall entitle the licensee to one vehicle certificate and a license plate to beĀ  placed on the left side of the vehicle from which the business is conductedĀ  together with an identification card to be carried by the licensee.
