51:4-9.2.Ā Rules and regulations
The State Superintendent of Weights and Measures in the Division of ConsumerĀ Affairs, Department of Law and Public Safety, shall adopt, pursuant to theĀ provisions of theĀ "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C.Ā 52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisionsĀ of this act.
