52:11-71.Ā Forbids lobbying
No officer or employee of the office, other than a member of the commission,Ā shall urge or oppose the adoption of any legislation or give any legal opinionĀ to any private individual or corporation or to any public officer, department,Ā instrumentality or agency of the State Government except as provided in thisĀ act and except such officers, members, committees and joint committees of theĀ Legislature as the commission shall, from time to time, direct.
