52:12-3.Ā Number of copies delivered to legislature annually;Ā payment therefor
Two thousand copies of the legislative manual shall be furnished for the useĀ of the legislature at each annual session thereof, eight hundred copies to beĀ for the senate and twelve hundred copies for the house of assembly. Upon theĀ delivery of such copies, the sergeants at arms of the senate and house ofĀ assembly respectively shall give a receipt therefor, and upon presentation ofĀ such receipts to the state comptroller, the comptroller shall draw his warrantĀ in favor of the compiler and publisher of the legislative manual for the priceĀ of the delivered copies, and the same shall be paid by the state treasurer.
