52:13A-1.Ā Expenses of trial of impeachment to be paid by State Treasurer
The expenses incurred by the Senate upon any trial of an impeachment, or incurred under the direction of the Senate by any officer thereof, or by the managers appointed by the General Assembly, to conduct the trial of such impeachment, the fees and expenses of witnesses for the State, the compensationĀ of the official stenographer, and all other costs and expenses on behalf of theĀ State, properly incurred or made in the preparation for, management or conductĀ of the trial, shall be paid by the State Treasurer, upon the warrant of theĀ Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of theĀ Treasury, to the persons entitled thereto, upon the presentation of properĀ vouchers therefor approved by the President of the Senate.
