52:13E-10.Ā Right of members to file statement of minority views
Nothing in this act shall be construed to affect, diminish or impair the right, under any other provision of law, rule or custom, of any member or groupĀ of members of a committee or other multimember investigating agency to file aĀ statement or statements of minority views to accompany and be released with orĀ subsequent to the report of the committee or agency.
