52:13-7.Ā  Hearing by joint session At the time and place fixed as aforesaid, or at any adjournment, the joint session shall sit and summarily hear the evidence and the arguments relating toĀ  the alleged contempt.Ā  The joint session shall adjourn from time to time untilĀ  the matter shall have been disposed of and the alleged contemner shall appearĀ  and attend at each and every such adjourned session.
