52:14-15e.Ā Rules and regulations
Subject to theĀ "Administrative Procedure Act"Ā (P.L.1968, c. 410, C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), the State Treasurer shall adopt all rules and regulations necessary to effectuate this act.
