52:14-17.10.Ā  Disposition of case The court may affirm the order of removal, or it may reverse or nullify theĀ  same and order the reinstatement of the appellant to the office or position ofĀ  employment from which he was removed, as of the date of removal, or as of suchĀ  date as the court may determine, upon the determination of a matter of law orĀ  when it clearly appears that there was no evidence before the GovernorĀ  reasonably to support the order of removal.
