52:14-25.Ā  Distribution to public libraries and historical societies There shall be distributed, at the expense of the state, to each of the freeĀ  public libraries and to each of the incorporated historical societies in theĀ  counties of the state, one copy of every report, testimony, pamphlet or otherĀ  publication printed or published by or under the direction of the state, or anyĀ  officer thereof, and also one copy of any publication purchased by or under theĀ  direction of the state for distribution.
