52:14-25.3.Ā  Court decisions, pamphlet laws, etc., excepted The requirements of sections 52:14-25.1 and 52:14-25.2 of this title are notĀ  intended to apply to the decisions of the courts, to the pamphlet laws of theĀ  state or to the proceedings of the legislature or to other publications, theĀ  distribution of which in printed form is otherwise provided for by law. NorĀ  are the requirements of said sections intended to apply to official opinions ofĀ  the attorney general or to reports made as a part of the routine proceedings orĀ  official actions of any state officer, department, board or commission.
