52:14-28.Ā  Monthly account of disbursement of fund The treasurer of the board or institution, or the official acting as such, shall include in the monthly schedule of expenses as provided by section 52:19-18 of this title, a detailed monthly account of the disbursement of the fund accompanied by appropriate vouchers therefor approved by the management ofĀ  the board or institution, and shall devote the sum thereof when received fromĀ  the state treasurer to the reimbursement of the fund.
