52:14-34.1.Ā Participation in grants of federal funds;Ā notice
Whenever a State agency makes application, enters into a contract or agreement or submits State plans for participation in and for grants of FederalĀ funds under any Federal law which are not appropriated by the Legislature, theĀ agency making such application shall at the time of such action, notify theĀ Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting, the Director of LegislativeĀ Budget and Finance, the chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee and theĀ chairman of the Assembly Appropriations Committee on forms and in a mannerĀ prescribed by the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting.
