52:14-34.3.Ā  Progress report;Ā  final report Such agency shall furnish to each such officer a progress report in relationĀ  to each such application, contract, agreement or State plan at least once inĀ  each 6 months period following the date of the filing of the application,Ā  contract, agreement or State plan and shall also file with each such officer aĀ  final report as to the final disposition of each such application, contract,Ā  agreement or State plan.
