52:15A-5.Ā Appropriation of funds
There are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the director such funds asĀ may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this act to remain availableĀ during the fiscal year in which the transition occurs and the next succeedingĀ fiscal year.Ā The Governor shall include in the budget transmitted to theĀ Legislature, for each fiscal year in which his regular term of office willĀ expire, a proposed appropriation for carrying out the purposes of this act.
