52:17B-150.Ā Application of State Agency Transfer Act
This act shall be subject to the provisions of theĀ "State Agency Transfer Act,"Ā P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.);Ā provided, however, that the employees of the agency may continue to be employed in accordance with the unclassified service of the Civil Service.
