52:17B-42.Ā Pending actions and proceedings not affected
This act shall not affect actions or proceedings, civil or criminal, broughtĀ by or against any of the respective boards, enumerated in section twenty-nineĀ of this act and pending on the effective date hereof, and such actions orĀ proceedings may be prosecuted or defended in the same manner and to the sameĀ effect by such board as if the foregoing provisions had not taken effect;Ā norĀ shall any of the foregoing provisions affect any order or recommendation madeĀ by, or other matters or proceedings before, any of such respective boards, andĀ all such matters and proceedings pending before any such board on the effectiveĀ date of this act shall be continued before such board.
