52:17B-45.Ā Orders, rules and regulations not affected
This act shall not affect the orders, rules and regulations heretofore madeĀ or promulgated by any department, officer or agency, the functions, powers andĀ duties of which have been herein assigned or transferred to the Department ofĀ Law and Public Safety or to any officer or agency designated, continued orĀ constituted hereunder;Ā but such orders, rules and regulations shall continueĀ with full force and effect until amended or repealed pursuant to law.
