52:18A-106.Ā Bond
The secretary of each of said pension funds shall enter into bond with 2 orĀ more sureties, to be approved by the State Treasurer, in the sum of $100,000.00Ā payable to the pension fund of which he is the secretary, conditioned for theĀ faithful performance of his official duties.Ā Such bond shall be filed in theĀ office of the Secretary of State.
