52:18A-160.Ā Reports, certifications, etc.;Ā filing with division
Unless specifically otherwise provided in this act or by any law, whenever,Ā pursuant to existing law, reports, certifications, applications or requests areĀ required or permitted to be made to the division, office or other agency whoseĀ functions, powers and duties are herein assigned or transferred, such reportsĀ and certifications shall hereafter be required to be filed with, and suchĀ applications or requests shall hereafter be made to, the Division of BuildingĀ and Construction.
