52:18A-40.Ā Orders, rules and regulations previously made
This act shall not affect the orders, rules and regulations heretofore madeĀ or promulgated by any department, officer or agency, the functions, powers andĀ duties of which have been herein assigned or transferred to the Department ofĀ the Treasury or to any officer or agency designated, continued or constitutedĀ hereunder;Ā but such orders, rules and regulations shall continue with fullĀ force and effect until amended or repealed pursuant to law.
