52:18A-43.Ā Employees, transfer of
Such employees of any department, office or other agency, the functions, powers and duties of which have been herein assigned or transferred to the Department of the Treasury or to any office or agency designated, continued or constituted therein, as the head of the department, office or agency to which such functions, powers and duties have been herein assigned or transferred, mayĀ determine are needed for the proper performance of the functions and dutiesĀ imposed upon such department, office or agency, are hereby transferred to theĀ department, office or agency to which such functions, powers and duties haveĀ been herein assigned or transferred.
