52:18A-78.13.Ā Eminent domain
a.Ā The authority may exercise the power of eminent domain in the manner provided in theĀ "Eminent Domain Act of 1971,"Ā P.L.1971, c. 361 (C. 20:3-1 et seq.).
b.Ā The authority may take possession of any property with respect to whichĀ it institutes an eminent domain action upon filing of a declaration of takingĀ and otherwise as provided by Article V of theĀ "Eminent Domain Act" (C.Ā 20:3-15 et seq.).
